Shipping
We offer shipping for delivery within the USA and International. We are unable
to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Most items from our gift collection will ship same-day if ordered by noon PST,
business days only. All other orders require one or two business days to process.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, as determined by
the carrier. Some gifts will be drop shipped to save the customer the overall
cost of the product and others will have restricted shipping methods due to
their perishable nature. Some items will be arriving from outside the USA. (Please
review product copy for specifics.)
Payment Methods
Debistreats accepts Visa, MasterCard and Electronic checks. (Transactions paid
with ACH will ship within 3 days.)
Sales Tax
A sales tax is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax
will not be charged on shipments to gift recipients outside California.
Return Policy
Need to return a gift? No problem. As long as the gift is unused, we will exchange
it or refund your money. Just place the gift in the original packaging, including
the packing slip, and follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer care department using the contact page Monday through
Friday.
We will give you a Gift Return Number (GR).
When you receive your GR, include it in the following address:

Please send package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. This option protects you
in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift
because it arrived damaged, Debistreats will refund shipping costs.
